Jeff Jarrett has been part of the AEW family for a while now but before that, he had been part of several companies over his long and illustrious career. He has many stories to tell and this includes the fact that Taylor Swift helped him a lot during a family crisis.
Before becoming one of the most successful names in music history, Taylor Swift used to support the Jarrett family by babysitting their children. Jeff Jarrett spoke to Live At 9:00 about Swift’s kindness during a difficult time after his first wife passed away.
The Last Outlaw revealed how Taylor Swift acted like a big sister to his daughters when they were younger and baked cookies with them and was with them out of their house. Jarrett added that since Swift was never officially on the “Jeff Jarrett payroll,” she technically wasn’t a babysitter
“She is a friend of the family. [She was] very good to my family during a very, very dark period when my wife got sick and passed away. But Taylor was like a big sister and came over and took the girls, baking cookies and just out at the house. I can’t say enough good things about Taylor… Just a sweetheart. I can tell you this right now: she was never on Jeff Jarrett’s payroll. Technically, she’s not a babysitter.”
Taylor Swift has been associated with professional wrestling for a long time, most notably after Grayson Waller went after her because of her relationship with Travis Kelce last year. Regardless, Jeff Jarrett will forever consider Swift a family friend and that is all that truly matters.
