Jasmin St. Claire says she just signed Mr. Happy up for father duty without his permission. And according to her, she didn’t even bother asking for his signature first.
The latest insanity went down during JCW BloodyMania 19 while Mr. Happy was challenging Kaleb Konley for the JCW World Championship. Jasmin appeared during the match and dropped a bomb on Happy, claiming she had already drawn up legal paperwork concerning their unborn child and simply forged his name on it herself.
“Guess who? It’s your baby mama. I’m here to inform you that I’ve just drafted legal papers and forged your signature, which now makes it official. As soon as this baby pops out, it’s all yours.”
So, at least according to Jasmin, Happy is getting the baby once she gives birth whether he signed up for it or not. And she wasn’t finished causing problems. Jasmin suddenly started acting like she was having contractions. Happy immediately turned his attention toward her, taking his eyes completely off Konley. Bad move. Konley jumped on the distraction, rolled Happy up and got the three-count to retain the JCW World Championship. That means Jasmin didn’t just claim she forged Happy’s signature on baby paperwork — she also helped screw him out of a World Championship in the same night.
This whole mess has been building for weeks. Mr. Happy was previously revealed as the father of Jasmin’s unborn child after several other possible fathers were ruled out. Jasmin later said she planned to hand the baby over to Happy after giving birth while still going after his Whataburger money through child support.
She also brought Dijak into JCW and presented him as the stepfather she personally picked for the child. Now she says she has taken things a hell of a lot further by putting Happy’s name on legal papers herself and declaring the baby his full-time problem once it arrives.
Whether those papers would hold up anywhere outside of a JCW storyline is another question entirely, but Jasmin clearly isn’t waiting around for Happy’s permission.
