Independent wrestler Jadis Quinn says they were jumped by four people at a bar in Hagerstown after being hit with homophobic slurs. The attack allegedly happened after an ACW wrestling show Friday night, and Quinn claims things got even worse when security guards stepped in and took the side of the people who attacked them.

Quinn took to Facebook to describe the incident, claiming three men and a woman confronted them before things turned physical. The wrestler says they were outnumbered and targeted simply for being themselves.

“It finally happened. Called multiple slurs then outnumbered by 3 grown men and a woman.”

But Quinn says the attack wasn’t the end of it. According to the wrestler, security guards at the bar were friends with the alleged attackers and actually threw Quinn to the ground when they tried to defend themselves.

“Gay bashing still happens, and even defending yourself gets you thrown to the ground by security guards who were also friends with my attackers.”

Quinn insists they weren’t bothering anyone before the confrontation started. They say they were simply minding their own business when the group allegedly decided to attack them.

“All I did tonight, was be my true authentic self .. and for some reason, that got me physically attacked.”

The wrestler was furious over what happened and questioned how someone could end up getting attacked just for being themselves. Quinn also called out the people they say jumped them and the security guards who allegedly helped protect those responsible.

“Genuinely I ask, what the f** has happened to society? Minding my business, being myself, and not bothering anyone.. and I get attacked .. honestly, why? For what?”*

“To the people who attacked me tonight, and the guards who protected them.., are yall ok with yourselves? Cause genuinely, I’m concerned for you own mentality”

Quinn, known in the independent wrestling scene as “The Twink Temptress,” has competed for several regional promotions. They also made history at the 2025 Shane Shamrock Memorial Cup when they faced Aaron Rourke in the tournament’s first match between two openly LGBTQ wrestlers.

It’s unclear whether Quinn suffered any injuries or filed a police report. The allegations have not been independently verified, and neither the bar nor the people accused of attacking Quinn have publicly responded in the information available.

For now, Quinn is putting the alleged attackers on blast after what they describe as a homophobic confrontation that turned violent. What was supposed to be a night out following a wrestling show ended with Quinn claiming they were jumped by four people and then thrown to the ground by security. They’re making sure everyone knows exactly what they say happened.
