Hulk Hogan’s widow Sky Daily and her son Hayden Hitt have landed in the middle of a seriously ugly legal situation. Two women are now suing them over allegations tied to the same March party, including claims involving alcohol, violence and the alleged sexual assault of a minor.

According to TMZ, the whole thing goes back to March 28, when Hitt allegedly threw a party while Daily was away at a Real American Wrestling event. The lawsuits claim Daily supplied the booze even though she allegedly knew minors were going to be there.

That’s where this story gets incredibly disturbing. One of the women suing is identified only as Jane B. Doe because she’s a minor. She claims Hitt promoted the party in a group chat and allegedly referred to her as “Free P***y” before things took an even darker turn once the party got going.

According to the lawsuit, Hitt allegedly held an “auction” in his kitchen where he offered the girl up for sex while she was incapacitated. Jane B. Doe claims another minor, identified as John B. Doe, gave her a Four Loko. She says she took just one sip before she started losing consciousness.

She then alleges John B. Doe sexually assaulted her for “several hours” while Hitt guarded the door. The lawsuit claims she suffered vaginal and anal trauma during the alleged assault. The girl also claims she managed to grab one semen-filled condom afterwards so it could potentially be used for DNA testing. But she alleges Daily later got rid of two other condoms along with blood-stained sheets.

And somehow, that’s only one of the lawsuits. Another woman identified as Jane Doe says she had actually been living with Daily and Hitt and claims Hitt had repeatedly gotten physical with her. She alleges Daily would convince her to forgive him whenever things got bad.

Then came the March 28 party. Jane Doe claims Hitt shoved her from the doorway into a clothes rack and caused her to fall. She allegedly texted Daily right then and told her what happened, and a screenshot included in the lawsuit shows Daily allegedly responding:

“I’m sorry he’s acting out. Now is not the time to talk sense always wait till the morning.”

Jane Doe apparently wasn’t interested in waiting until morning. She says she called the cops, and claims Daily immediately kicked her out and dumped her belongings in the front yard. The next day allegedly brought another twist. Jane Doe claims Hitt started begging her to delete the messages and not press charges.

She says she tried to pursue charges anyway but claims the Clearwater Police Department quickly closed the case because of Daily’s alleged standing within the Church of Scientology. That’s Jane Doe’s allegation in the lawsuit, and it hasn’t been established that Scientology actually had anything to do with how police handled the situation.

Now both women are taking things to court. Jane B. Doe is suing Daily and Hitt for negligence, while John B. Doe is being sued over the alleged sexual assault and his parents are also named over claims they failed to properly supervise him. The other Jane Doe is suing Hitt for battery and Daily over a civil claim connected to alleged criminal practices. She’s also going after both of them for emotional distress.

These are still allegations in civil lawsuits and haven’t been proven in court. But Daily and Hitt are now dealing with two separate accusers, one very disturbing night at the center of both cases, and a whole lot of serious claims that aren’t going away anytime soon.
