There may be more to Giulia’s loss than what fans saw on television during the October 2, 2026 episode of WWE SmackDown.

Footage obtained by Ringside News shows Giulia being helped out of the ring by trainers after her match with Blake Monroe, and she was moving very slowly on the way to the back. The footage shows personnel assisting Giulia as she made her way away from ringside following Monroe’s win. Giulia appeared to be taking her time getting to her feet and needed help as she left the ringside area.

Once Giulia finally stood up, the crowd gave her a standing ovation. Camera operators were also positioned right in front of the situation and were recording as she was helped away, which raises the possibility that WWE could be using the moment as part of an angle for next week’s show.

That part is not confirmed, though. It is also possible Giulia was legitimately rocked during the match, and Ringside News has not confirmed whether she suffered an actual injury.

The concern comes after a physical match that saw Giulia take several hard shots before Monroe picked up the victory. Monroe ultimately caught Giulia on the top rope, sent her face-first into the turnbuckle and immediately covered her for the three-count.

For now, there is no official word on Giulia’s condition. The footage definitely showed her needing assistance and moving slowly, but the presence of WWE cameras right in front of the scene leaves open the possibility that fans were watching the beginning of a storyline rather than the aftermath of a legitimate injury.

Ringside News will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates on Giulia’s status as more information becomes available.
