The company have made plenty of historic moments for the women’s division over the past 12 months, and having them headline WrestleMania would be the biggest they could offer. Ronda Rousey’s decision to sign with the company has been a major force for change in the WWE, and with Charlotte toppling Asuka’s streak at WrestleMania, this is certainly the most logical time to pull that trigger.
Rousey gave one of the most surprising performances on Sunday night, and if she continues to grow in the ring, there is no reason why she won’t be able to compete in such a big match in 12 months time. Charlotte is one of the finest performers in the world right now, so it stands to reason that she would make the perfect dance partner for Rousey on such an occasion.
