4: AJ Styles Vs Daniel Bryan

We’re all allowed to dream, aren’t we? While AJ Styles’ match with Shinsuke Nakamura at WrestleMania 34 never really lived up to its hype, Daniel Bryan is a much more proven performer than Shinsuke in the WWE, and the match that these two men give us on Smackdown was excellent.
Add in a world title, and a main event slot at WrestleMania, and you are onto something special. Bryan’s return has been one of the best WWE moments of the year so far, but the company would be wise to take it easy and not just strap a rocket to his back from day one.
A long build towards regaining the title will benefit Bryan, whose initial success was founded on him fighting against the odds. Having Bryan feud with several heels over the course of the next 9 months, ultimately leading to a Rumble victory and a Mania showdown with AJ Styles would be the perfect way to do this.
The company would also be wise not to just burn out all of their ‘dream match’ options straight away with Bryan. The company could even switch him to Raw until the Rumble, just to keep him away from AJ. This is a money match for the WWE, and it’s one they would be crazy not to cash in on.
