Seth Rollins won the war inside the steel cage at WWE Night of Champions, but a lot of fans are not exactly celebrating with him.

Rollins defeated Bron Breakker in a brutal Steel Cage Match at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The match came after months of bad blood between the two, with Breakker turning on Rollins, The Vision falling apart around him, and Rollins looking for revenge after being pushed out of the group.

The match itself was nasty from the start. Rollins filled the ring with weapons during his entrance, and both men eventually used chairs, tables, and the cage itself to tear each other apart. Breakker even ended up bleeding near his eye after Rollins superplexed him off the top of the cage and through a table.

Breakker still kept fighting and hit Rollins with another spear, but Rollins survived. He later smashed Bron’s head with the cage door, put him through a table, hit a Pedigree, landed a Stomp, and then finished things with a Stomp from the top rope to get the win.

After the match, fans took to Twitter and made it very clear they were not happy about Breakker taking the loss. One fan compared Rollins to Hulk Hogan after the finish: “Seth Hogan does it again! There was no reason for Bron Breakker to lose this match” Another fan felt WWE made the wrong call by having Rollins beat someone they see as a rising star.

“This is as ridiculous as having Cena go over the whole Nexus team. Seth never needed a win here; Bron is a star.”

One fan questioned why WWE would slow down Breakker after building him up: “Doesn’t make any sense to kill the momentum you gave Breaker.” Another fan went even harder, claiming Rollins has become the new version of John Cena when it comes to beating younger talent.

“FFS Seth Rollins is the new John Cena always burying talent and Seth forming factions is pointless”

One fan did not hold back at all while ripping WWE’s decision to put Rollins over: “And wwe wonders why nobody watches this shit. Putting that possum faced overrated bum over a steiner is a joke.”

Rollins may have walked out of Saudi Arabia with the victory, but this reaction shows not everyone was buying the finish. Bron Breakker looked like a monster throughout the match, and plenty of fans clearly believed he should have been the one standing tall after such a violent fight.

Now WWE has to deal with the fallout. Rollins has another major win under his belt, but Breakker’s supporters are loudly questioning why one of the company’s most explosive young stars had to lose this one.

What did you think about Seth Rollins beating Bron Breakker at WWE Night of Champions? Did WWE make the right call, or should Breakker have won? Let us know in the comments and leave your feedback.
