Former WWE star Lars Sullivan had a blunt reaction after police bodycam footage involving a University of Central Florida student exploded across social media.
Sullivan responded to the clip on Twitter and compared the person at the center of the confrontation to a typical Reddit user.
“This is the average Reddit poster.”
The footage was recorded on February 5, 2025, but was released by Inside The Blue TV in July 2026. It shows 27-year-old Jarrett Vick arguing with a campus police officer who had arrived at a university building for an unrelated call.
Vick became increasingly angry after the officer used the wrong pronoun, repeatedly shouting “She!” and asking a university employee to tell police to use the correct pronouns. The officer warned Vick to lower the volume before calling for backup and eventually using pepper spray.
The confrontation continued as Vick cursed at officers and resisted being taken into custody. According to the footage, another officer later used a Taser after Vick allegedly attempted to kick and swing at police.
Vick was charged with battery on a law-enforcement officer, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Court records show not-guilty pleas were entered on all three charges, while the cases were later marked closed.
Sullivan’s one-line response quickly shifted attention from the arrest itself to his ruthless shot at Reddit users. The former WWE star did not offer any further explanation, but his message made his opinion of the viral clip crystal clear.
