A listener writes into the show and asks Edge why Alter Bridge didn’t ever perform his theme song at WrestleMania. He says that since he was a heel, he never thought it was appropriate for him to have a cool band perform an entrance like that. He thinks those types of entrances should be saved for babyfaces.
Regarding the possibility of their children pursuing a career in professional wrestling, Christian says his parents never prevented him from doing something he wanted to do, so he’d let his daughter make her own decisions as well. Edge agrees for the most part and says that since he and his wife, Beth Phoenix, are both veterans of the business, they can certainly explain to their daughters all the positive and negatives that can arise from a career in professional wrestling.
A listener writes into the show and asks Edge and Christian who their favourite person to work with was during backstage bits. Edge says that he really enjoyed working with Mick Foley and Kurt Angle. Christian really enjoyed working with Chris Jericho, and he thought he and Jericho had terrific chemistry.
