The early betting odds are now out for Saturday Night’s Main Event — and oddsmakers are heavily favoring two champions to leave with their titles intact.
Following the May 11 episode of WWE Raw, WWE officially locked in two championship matches for the May 23 event at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
According to BetOnline.AG, Penta opened as a massive -400 favorite to retain the Intercontinental Championship against Ethan Page, who came in as a +250 underdog.
The betting odds are even more one-sided for the WWE World Tag Team Championship match. Logan Paul & Austin Theory opened as overwhelming -1000 favorites against The Street Profits, who are currently sitting at +550 odds to pull off the upset.
The IC Title match started coming together during RAW after tensions continued building around Penta’s championship reign, while the tag title match gives the Street Profits another shot to add gold to their resume.
At this point, the betting odds clearly suggest oddsmakers don’t expect many title changes at Saturday Night’s Main Event.
Betting odds are always subject to change, especially as more wagers come in and WWE storylines develop closer to the event. Fans who want to place their bets online can do so through BetOnline at this link.
