The wrestling world continues to mourn the loss of PAC, and Corey Graves has now shared a heartfelt tribute to one of his closest friends. Looking back on years of memories together, Graves reflected on just how much Benjamin Satterley meant to both his career and his life.
Taking to Instagram, Graves posted several photos of himself with PAC from their time together in NXT and elsewhere throughout their careers. Alongside the images, he shared an emotional message about the bond they built over the years.
“It’s impossible to sum up what Ben has meant to me in a single post. I could tell stories for days.”
Corey Graves said PAC was there during every major chapter of his career, describing him as far more than just a fellow wrestler.
“Every major step of my career, he was there. He was my friend. My tag team partner. My greatest rival.”
He also reflected on one of the biggest milestones of his broadcasting career, revealing that the first match he ever called at WrestleMania featured PAC.
“The 1st match I ever called at WrestleMania was his.”
Graves then praised PAC’s ability both inside and outside the ring, saying the former AEW star was an even better person than he was a performer. He sent his thoughts to everyone closest to Satterley before ending with a reference to one of PAC’s most famous nicknames
“The absolute best in the ring. Somehow even better outside of it. My heart is with Ben’s incredible wife, family and his friends and fans all over the world. “Gravity forgot him. We never will.”
PAC’s passing at the age of 40 has led to an outpouring of tributes from across the wrestling industry. After The Rock shared an emotional message earlier this week, Graves has now added his own deeply personal remembrance of someone he considered one of his closest friends throughout his wrestling journey.
