He says he could do a week at a time but then he’d have to return home because of his business ventures in the United States. He adds that the part of his life when he spent long durations of time away from home is over. He loves being home, and he’s able to make money while he’s home so he doesn’t need to leave for long wrestling tours.
Ryback comments on Jeff Jarret’s induction into the WWE Hall of Fame. He points out that Jarrett is a deserving entrant and it wouldn’t surprise him to see Jarrett working for WWE once his Hall of Fame induction is wrapped up. Some people have speculated that Jarrett’s induction signals a the rise of a kinder, more forgiving WWE led by Triple H.
Ryback speaks about the Guantlet Match on last week’s episode of Monday Night RAW, specifically the portion of the match featuring John Cena and Seth Rollins. He’s heard that this was one of Cena’s first losses on RAW in years, and Ryback jokingly points out that WWE claims that wins and losses don’t matter. He also adds that Rollins is in the discussion for best performer on the roster in his opinion.
