There was a lot of speculation as to where Cody Rhodes would go after he parted ways with AEW back in February of this year. With WWE being the most favorable place for him, he ended up going there. Rhodes also can’t wait for Monday Night RAW this week.

The American Nightmare finally made his return to WWE after 6 long years at WrestleMania 38 Night One. He duked it out with Seth Rollins in a very competitive 20-minute matchup that saw Rhodes win in the end.

Cody Rhodes took to his Instagram and uploaded a post, where he made it clear that he simply cannot wait to have a live mic on Monday Night RAW again, after 6 years.

“Thank you all – let’s live forever. I’m looking forward to having a live WWE mic in my hand for the first time in over 6 years tomorrow.”

Cody Rhodes also has a highly complex, multi-year commitment in his contract. It remains to be seen what Cody Rhodes has to say on this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW.
