Charlotte Flair gave one fan a moment they probably won’t forget after the October 2, 2026 episode of WWE SmackDown went off the air. A fan dressed like Ric Flair ended up inside the ring with Charlotte, and the two capped off the night by doing the Nature Boy strut together in front of the crowd.
The moment started after Cody Rhodes came out during the post-show action involving The Usos and The 946. Once things settled down, Cody noticed the Ric Flair superfan sitting at ringside and decided to bring Charlotte into the situation. Cody called for Charlotte to come out and meet the fan.
“I would like for Charlotte Flair to come out here and speak to you herself.”
Charlotte came down and immediately went over to the fan at ringside, where the two shared a hug. Then Charlotte took it even further. She invited the fan into the ring, putting them right in the middle of the SmackDown ring after the television broadcast had already ended. That’s when the whole thing turned into a full Ric Flair tribute moment. Charlotte and the fan started doing Ric Flair’s famous strut together inside the ring, with the crowd still in the building watching it all unfold.
It was the kind of off-air moment viewers at home never got to see. Charlotte saw a fan dressed as her father, brought them into the ring, and then gave them the full Nature Boy treatment by strutting right alongside them.
