Chad Gable Wants to Overhaul His WWE Entrance With Wild ’80s Corvette Vision

Chad Gable is finally feeling like himself again in WWE, but there’s still one part of his presentation he wants to tear apart and rebuild. The Intercontinental Champion likes the hard-rock entrance music he’s using now, but he already has a much bigger vision for the Tron — and it apparently involves an ’80s vibe, workout footage and Gable cruising around in a Corvette like he just walked off the set of Miami Vice.

Speaking with Chris Van Vliet, Gable explained that his current entrance is all about making sure the presentation actually feels like him instead of forcing something because it looks cool on paper. That same approach carries over into his gym, his home and basically everything else he puts his personality into.

“Dude, you just got to do what you feel. You got to do what you love. I mean, it’s the same thing I tell anybody about. So, the way I even decorate my gym, the way I decorate my interior of my house, I don’t put a bunch of motivational quotes and crap in here, that doesn’t do anything for me these days.”

Gable said the things around him need to connect with him personally, and WWE fans can tell immediately when somebody is walking out there trying to fake it.

“The stuff that does stuff for me is what resonates with me personally. So, that’s the kind of stuff I curate. And that’s with my entrance, with my music, all this stuff. I feel it. I feel this stuff. And that’s important because if I feel it, then people are going to feel it. If I don’t, people sniff that out immediately.”

The music may finally be clicking for Gable, but the Tron apparently isn’t getting the same love. He admitted there is still one major piece he wants changed before he considers the entire package complete.

“Right? If you’re forcing something or faking something, people are going to go, ‘That ain’t him.’ But trust me, I feel that. I feel that music, baby. I just I want to change my Tron a little bit. That’s the only thing we need to change. I mean, I got like this vision of like this ’80s vibe.”

Then Gable started describing what this thing could actually look like, and subtle is clearly not the plan.

“Maybe part of it’s training, maybe part of it’s I’m riding in a Corvette with the top down with the Miami Vice type. I don’t know what it is, but there’s the whole package is coming together very soon.”

The interviewer compared the opening of Gable’s song to Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger, while Gable tossed AC/DC into the mix and described the sound as anthem rock. The whole point is that Gable wants something that gets him fired up before he ever steps through the curtain.

That entrance has already been getting attention. As Ringside News previously covered, WWE’s current music for Gable includes obvious spots designed to get fans singing and clapping along. Gable has now made it clear that he wants the visuals to catch up with the music.

The timing makes sense considering where Gable’s career is right now. He defeated Penta at SummerSlam 2026 to finally capture his first WWE singles championship, a moment Ringside News covered following his Intercontinental Title victory.

Gable spent years trying different characters and presentations in WWE, but this version sounds like the one he actually wants to own from top to bottom. If that means WWE has to film him ripping around in a Corvette with the top down while some ridiculous ’80s rock blasts in the background, then apparently that’s where this thing is headed.

What do you think about Chad Gable’s idea for an ’80s-style WWE Tron, and should WWE actually give him the Corvette and Miami Vice treatment? Let us know your thoughts and feedback in the comments.
