Carmella is not letting the internet run wild with her marriage.

On September 8, 2026, the former WWE star fired back after a wrestling account claimed she and Corey Graves had “officially” entered marriage counseling while discussing issues in their relationship. Carmella saw the post and immediately called bullshit on the way her comments were being framed.

She explained that she and Graves have actually gone to couples therapy for years — not because their marriage is falling apart, but because they believe it helps keep their relationship strong.

“You guys take literally everything out of context. I’m so sick of the IWC. We have been doing couples therapy for years because it helps our marriage, even though there’s nothing wrong with it.”

Carmella then gave a pretty simple comparison for why she doesn’t view therapy as some kind of emergency button for a bad marriage.

“Do you stop going to the gym even when you’re in shape??? No.”

She also made it clear that the reaction pissed her off because she tries to speak openly about her life in hopes that it might help other women, only to see those comments turned into something much more dramatic.

“I try to be open and candid because it helps other women. But the IWC makes it very difficult when they turn everything into a headline for clicks. Grow TF up.”

So no, Carmella wasn’t announcing that her marriage to Corey Graves is suddenly in trouble. According to her, couples therapy has simply been part of their relationship for years and is something they use to keep things healthy.

She clearly wasn’t amused seeing that turned into a “marriage counseling” crisis story either. Carmella didn’t dance around this one — she called out the framing, defended her marriage and told the IWC to “Grow TF up.”
