Bronson Reed’s WWE return is much closer than anyone realized. After spending more than six months on the sidelines with a torn biceps, Reed is expected to return to the RAW roster full-time during September.
PWInsider revealed on September 1 that WWE fully expects Reed back this month. An exact episode hasn’t been confirmed, but this is the clearest timetable yet for his return.
Reed was also spotted at WWE Headquarters near the end of August as talk surrounding his comeback began to heat up. WWE’s promotional and merchandising department has also started preparing for him behind the scenes.
Reed has been out of action since suffering a torn distal biceps in his right arm during the February 23, 2026 episode of RAW. He underwent surgery a few days later and has been working toward a return ever since.
WWE doesn’t intend to bring Reed back just to fill a spot on the roster. The company plans to present him as a key main event-level heel and continue moving him up the card.
A potential program with Oba Femi has also been discussed for later this year. Femi is scheduled to face Bron Breakker at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event this weekend, which could give WWE an opening to begin setting up Reed’s next direction.
Before his injury, Reed was part of The Vision alongside Paul Heyman, Bron Breakker, Austin Theory, Logan Paul and Maxxine Dupri. Breakker and Theory currently represent the group as World Tag Team Champions, while Paul has remained on television despite tearing his triceps in May.
Reed has kept himself ready during the layoff. He showed off a noticeably bigger and more shredded physique in May, making it clear that he wasn’t planning to return quietly. There is still no confirmed date for Reed’s first appearance, but WWE expects him back on RAW before September ends. With a main event heel push already being discussed, Reed could return and immediately become one of the biggest problems on the red brand.
