Blake Monroe may not have officially appeared on WWE SmackDown yet, but there’s now a clearer idea of when fans can expect that to change.
After weeks of speculation surrounding Monroe’s future following her run in WWE NXT, WWE aired a vignette for “The Glamour” during the April 24 edition of SmackDown, confirming that her move to the blue brand is on the way.
The video didn’t feature Monroe wrestling or appearing live in the arena, but it closed with a simple message: “coming soon.” Now there’s an update on exactly what that timeline may look like.
According to PWInsider on May 6, 2026, the current expectation internally is that Blake Monroe will officially begin appearing on Friday Night SmackDown before the end of the month.
“Since we've been asked about her quite a bit, the expectation is that Blake Monroe would start appearing on Smackdown by the end of the month, but that's subject to change obviously.”
That lines up with WWE continuing to refresh the SmackDown women’s division following WrestleMania season. Monroe originally arrived in WWE after her time in AEW came to an end, quickly becoming one of the more talked-about personalities in NXT thanks to her “Glamour” presentation and strong character work.
Her SmackDown teaser also aired during a night where the entire Fatal Influence stable officially debuted on the main roster, showing WWE is actively injecting new talent into the blue brand heading deeper into 2026.
Bottom line — Blake Monroe’s main roster debut appears to be getting very close. WWE already started building anticipation with her SmackDown vignette, and now the expectation is that “The Glamour” could officially arrive on the blue brand before May is over.
