Blake Monroe got wrecked by Giulia on the September 4, 2026 episode of WWE SmackDown, and she made sure fans saw exactly what the aftermath looked like once the segment aired.
Monroe took to Instagram after the show and posted photos showing the damage from Giulia’s attack. One shot showed scratches across Monroe’s lower back, while another showed her lying down with a large wrap around her jaw and face.
The whole thing started backstage when Monroe was being interviewed in Gorilla and made it clear she still didn’t think Giulia was worthy of facing her. Monroe said she deserved a bigger opponent and a grander entrance, but she didn’t get much further before Giulia came flying in.Giulia blindsided Monroe and immediately turned the interview into a fight.
The two brawled toward the stage, with Giulia landing vicious headbutts while referees tried to pull them apart. Monroe managed to get back into the fight, but Giulia regained control and finished the attack by hitting Arrivederci, sending Monroe crashing down the ramp. Monroe was left rolling around clutching her face as officials rushed in.
The Instagram photos made the whole thing look even nastier afterward. Between the scratches on her back and the wrap around her jaw, Monroe clearly wanted everyone to see that Giulia didn’t just interrupt another match — she left a mark.
This is now the second time Monroe and Giulia have failed to actually have their scheduled match because the fight started before the bell. At this point, WWE doesn’t even need a referee for these two. They just need to point them at each other and clear the area.
Giulia wanted Blake Monroe’s attention, and after Friday night, she definitely has it. Monroe walked into SmackDown complaining that the match wasn’t big enough for her and walked out showing off the damage from getting thrown down the ramp.
