Blake Monroe’s fight with Giulia just went from ugly to expensive.
Monroe revealed in her latest TikTok vlog that she now needs surgery on her mouth after taking a knee to the face from Giulia during their wild brawl on the September 4, 2026 episode of WWE SmackDown. Monroe said the procedure is expected to happen Tuesday, and she’ll need a few days afterward to recover.
“I have to get surgery on my mouth because Giulia kneed me in the face. So I have to get that on, I think, Tuesday. So I have to take a couple of days to recover.”
That explains why Monroe looked so beat up after the segment. She posted photos after SmackDown showing scratches across her back and a large wrap around her jaw after Giulia completely derailed their scheduled match before the bell. The attack got so nasty that WWE even followed up with a digital exclusive showing Monroe handing her teeth to SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis afterward.
The whole mess started when Monroe was being interviewed backstage and once again made it clear she didn’t think Giulia was on her level. Giulia apparently heard enough and came flying in, turning the interview into a full-on fight. They brawled all the way toward the stage before Giulia eventually drilled Monroe with Arrivederci and sent her crashing down the ramp.
Now Monroe is dealing with more than bruises and scratches. She’s heading for mouth surgery after Giulia’s knee did enough damage to put her under the knife. At this point, this rivalry has already cost Monroe a match, a few teeth and now a trip to surgery. If WWE was looking for a reason to make the eventual showdown feel personal, they’ve got plenty.
