Blake Monroe had two chances to enter the Love Island villa, but The Glamour knew the situation could get ugly fast.

While speaking to TMZ’s Inside the Ring, the WWE star revealed that Love Island approached her many years ago. Monroe rejected the first offer before receiving another opportunity later down the road. She gave the second offer some thought, but eventually decided that her personality and the show’s dating setup were a dangerous combination.

“I got asked to do Love Island many, many years ago and didn’t do it. Then I got asked again, and I thought about it, but I realized I’m crazy.”

Monroe explained that many people appear on dating shows to build their careers instead of finding a real relationship. Her problem would begin if she actually connected with someone and then had to watch him get physical with other women during the show’s challenges.

“I feel like if you’re on a show to find love, people go on to build a career. If you actually did go on to find love, and you like a guy and you’re getting on, then they do those challenges where they’re eating each other and making out with your friends. I can’t. I’m not sitting there for that. I don’t share, so I don’t think it would be for me.”

Monroe admitted she probably would not last long in the villa before her jealousy created a scene or got her kicked off the show. Love Island may have wanted The Glamour, but Monroe knew she was not about to sit quietly while another woman went after her man.
