Bianca Belair is getting real about what pregnancy has been doing to her mentally, and she admits she’s been struggling a lot.
Belair took to her Instagram Stories and revealed that she has been struggling with “pregnancy brain,” saying it has affected her memory in a major way. The WWE star explained that she keeps forgetting simple things, losing track of what she is saying, and even repeating herself: “I thought pregnancy brain was bad but holy sh**.”
Belair then gave examples of just how difficult things have been lately, including forgetting important personal information and constantly misplacing her phone. She also said the forgetfulness has affected her daily routine, from vitamins to online shopping.
“I literally forget what I’m saying mid sentence. I forgot my social security number last week. I can’t remember words or people’s names. Can’t ever remember if I took my vitamins. I lose my phone 10x a day. I’ve ordered the same thing on Amazon 4x.”
The EST of WWE also added that she has also been losing track of dates and repeating the same things to people: “Don’t know what day it is or what day I did what… I tell people the same thing 3x…”
This comes after Belair recently told fans not to create AI-generated pictures of her baby. She made it clear that the idea already makes her uncomfortable, especially now that she is pregnant and thinking more seriously about what people may try to do with AI.
“Yall please don’t start these AI photos of my baby. Before he’s here, when yall think he’s here, or when he gets here. Now that I’m in this situation … It’s already freaking me out thinking about the things people will try to do with AI”
Belair’s pregnancy reveal became one of WrestleMania 42’s biggest moments, but she has also been honest about wanting to keep parts of this experience private. Now, her latest comments show she is dealing with the very real mental side of pregnancy while also setting boundaries online.
