Bayley still hasn’t returned to WWE television, but she just resurfaced with a message looking back at a major milestone in her career.
On August 22, 2026, Bayley took to X after a fan account pointed out that it had been 10 years since she made her RAW debut. Bayley responded by looking back at everything that has happened since that night.
“A decade of RAW, SMACKDOWN, AND EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN. Thank you.”
The timing is interesting considering Bayley’s WWE future remains up in the air. She hasn’t appeared on television since losing to Lyra Valkyria at Saturday Night’s Main Event, where WWE effectively wrote her off by having Valkyria later claim she had “run Bayley out of here.”
Dave Meltzer previously stated in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Bayley had not signed a new WWE contract and still had a decision to make regarding her future.
“The only thing I’ve heard from them when it comes to Bayley is that Bayley has a decision to make. So that’s the story, Bayley has a decision to make. She has not signed a contract. When she signs a contract I’m sure she’ll be back on TV.”
Things took another turn this week when Bayley’s name was repeatedly mentioned on RAW. Meltzer viewed those mentions as a sign that WWE expects her to return, arguing that the company likely wouldn’t keep bringing her up if they believed she was heading out the door.
“As far as Bayley goes, the frequent mentions of her on Raw this week would indicate to me that they expect her back. If they believed she might be leaving, they would not mention her name.”
Bayley’s latest post doesn’t reveal whether she has signed a new deal or when she might return, but thanking fans for “a decade” of RAW, SmackDown and everything in between is certainly going to get attention while questions continue to surround her WWE status. For now, Bayley is celebrating 10 years since reaching WWE’s main roster while everyone waits to find out whether there will be another chapter of that run.
What do you make of Bayley’s message amid all the uncertainty surrounding her WWE future? Do you think she’s staying with the company, or could the post be more of a farewell-style reflection? Let us know your thoughts and feedback.
