AEW has applied for a few trademarks that are very interesting. Cody Rhodes has been in the habit of grabbing any property he can that his father helped establish as well. Now they are copyrighting a rallying cry.

Recent filings indicate that All Elite Wrestling has filed for a trademark on “Join The Revolution.” This took place on December 3rd. AEW had previously filed for a trademark on “AEW Evolution” as well.

They filed this trademark for a ton of usages across various concepts and areas. It looks like they’re really trying to get a lockdown on anyone using that phrase, especially in their space.

This has been an interesting time for AEW and copyright stories. Joey Janela filed a copyright on The Bad Boy after WWE started giving Rusev that name. Shawn Spears filed a trademark on his nickname as well.
