AAA is going bigger than expected with Noche de Los Grandes in 2026.

During the May 23 episode of AAA on FOX, it was officially announced that Noche de Los Grandes will now air across two nights over a two-week span beginning May 30, 2026. The expanded format follows the same presentation AAA previously used for Rey de Reyes on FOX.

The event will take place at Arena Monterrey in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico and already features several major matches, including multiple championship bouts and a huge Mask vs. Mask showdown.

One of the biggest additions to the lineup came after Laredo Kid retained the AAA World Cruiserweight Championship against Rey Fenix through controversial means on AAA on FOX. After the match ended with a low blow finish, new AAA General Manager Rey Mysterio immediately booked a rematch for next week.

Updated AAA Noche de Los Grandes lineup:

  • El Grande Americano vs. “The Original” El Grande Americano — Mask vs. Mask Match
  • AAA Latin American Championship: El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. (c) vs. El Hijo del Vikingo
  • AAA World Cruiserweight Championship: Laredo Kid (c) vs. Rey Fenix
  • AAA World Tag Team Championship: Pagano & Psycho Clown (c) vs. War Raiders (Ivar & Erik)
  • Bayley, Lola Vice & La Catalina vs. Las Toxicas (Flammer, Maravilla & La Hiedra)

As of now, AAA has not confirmed which matches will take place on each individual night of the event. The addition of FOX coverage and the expanded two-night format shows AAA continuing to position Noche de Los Grandes as one of the company’s biggest events of the year.

With championship matches, WWE crossover stars and a Mask vs. Mask match already announced, the lineup is quickly turning into one of AAA’s most stacked cards in recent memory.

Which match are you most excited for at AAA Noche de Los Grandes, and who do you think loses the Mask vs. Mask match? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
