It’s Monday night and that means a brand new episode of WWE RAW for May 3rd, and Ringside News has you covered with live play-by-play results coverage.

Start time for WWE RAW is at 8:00 PM EST. Match-by-match highlights and results from the show will take place on this very page. Feel free to leave any reactions in the comment section below.

We’re less than a week away from WWE’s next PPV, WrestleMania Backlash, and so WWE is attempting to set the stage and solidify the card. As such, WWE Champion Bobby Lashley will face Drew McIntyre in a WrestleMania rematch. Last week Lashley faced Braun Strowman and got the win, and tonight he looks to do the same to McIntyre but chances are Braun will have something to say about it.

Beyond that we have a six-woman tag team match with Charlotte teaming with Nia Jax & Shayna Baszler to face Asuka, Mandy Rose & Dana Brooke, and an eight-man tag match with R-K-Bro and New Day taking on AJ Styles, Omos, Elias, & Jaxson Ryker.

So that’s all we know about tonight’s RAW but we suspect we’ll get another “open challenge” from Sheamus, more drama between Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin, and plenty more. All you have to do it hit that referesh link below and enjoy the show!

RAW

Monday Night Raw begins with a look back at last week’s main event, in which Bobby Lashley beat Braun Strowman. We go live to the ThunderDome and out comes the Queen, Charlotte Flair to get us started with tag team action.

Charlotte Flair, Nia Jax & Shayna Baszler W/Reginald Vs. Asuka, Mandy Rose & Dana Brooke

We start with Nia and Rose and the Samoan takes control off a distraction from Flair. Baszler tags in and stomps Mandy before going to work on the wrist. Rose lifts Baszler and runs her into the corner and hits her as Asuka tags in. Asuka counters Baszler and dropkicks her out of the ring, then goes for Charlotte and Nia on the apron.

Dana and Mandy rush in as the heels regroup on the floor, then all six women meet in the middle of the ring. Suddenly the action grinds to a halt as Alexa Bliss and Lilly appear on the stage on their swingset. Alexa says they’re out here to keep their eyes on “someone”, and laughs.

Asuka rushes in and knocks Nia off the apron, then hits Baszler with a shining wizard for the win.

As soon as the match ends, Charlotte rushes in and boots Asuka in the face. Unsure if that was a legitmate injury to Baszler but she’s standing at ringside with Nia and Reggie as Alexa and they all stare at her.

New Day are backstage and Riddle approaches them. Riddle thanks them for getting him a registration form for his new tag team with Randy Orton. Kofi says it’s common knowledge all WWE tag teams must register, unlike Styles and Omos. Riddle jokes about Randy Orton getting hit with tomatoes last week and Orton appears behind him. New Day and Riddle talk about how funny it was but Orton isn’t laughing. He says he finds it funny when he kicks people in the head, sets things on fire, or ends careers.

MVP approaches Braun Strowman’s locker room and walks inside. MVP says Strowman almost beat Lashley last week were it not for Drew McIntyre. If Lashley had to lose the title, he’d rather lose it to Strowman. Drew’s already had his chance and couldn’t do it. So if Drew somehow gets so injured tonight that he can’t compete on Sunday, then Strowman’s chances would be far greater. Braun says he doesn’t like MVP and he says a lot of people feel that way but he doesn’t take it personally.

This Sunday Damian Priest will finally get a one-on-ne match with The Miz. Priest is backstage with Adam Pearce and in walk John Morrison and The Miz. Pearce says Priest had an idea for tonight; if John Morrison can beat him tonight they can choose the stipulation for Sunday. Howeer if he wins Damian can choose the stip. Morrison agrees and pulls a pair of sunglasses out of a fanny pack. He says the forecast calls for a little drizzle of drip, and he has “drip” shaved in the side of his head.

Jinder Mahal cuts a promo in which he says he is happy to be back on RAW, but he hasn’t come alone. Jinder has brought Veer and Shanky with him, two Indian Superstars. Veer was part of the NXT team, albeit under a different name, but his former partner is nowhere to be seen. Mahal says he will show why he is a former Champion and makes his way to the ring.

Elias is dropped with a forearm, then Riddle knocks AJ off the apron and hits Elias with Bro-Derek. Omos breaks the pin attempt and Orton tags in but he jumps off the apron. Woods runs in and dives through the ropes onto AJ. Kofi and Woods snap AJ’s legs on the outside and spin him around a few times so Omos goes outside to chase them. Orton slides in and catches Elias with an RKO for the win.

After the match Woods and Kofi come in and celebrate with Riddle and Orton, but Randy hits both New Day with RKO’s. Riddle asks Randy why but he just walks off. Riddle smiles and shakes his finger.

Sonya Deville is backstage when Asuka and Rhea Ripley walk in. Sonya says they’ve been at each other’s throats for weeks and she’s been given an idea for tonight. Rhea and Asuka can settle their differences tonight in singles action. Rhea asks if this was Charlotte’s idea and Deville won’t say it was or wasn’t. Asuka says she already competed tonight but she’ll do it again because she’s ready for Rhea.

MVP berates Patrick for having no respect, then says Lashley proved everything he had to at WrestleMania. Tonight is just the sequel to WrestleMania. Lashley says last week he pinned Braun and tonight he beats Drew, again.

Sheamus is in the ring for another open challenge. He says Adam Pearce told him if he wants to be like greats before him he should issue open challenges. Sheamus says why would he want to walk in their footsteps? Those idiots gave title shots to everyone and anyone.
