MJF has officially closed the chapter on Adam Cole and their former partnership, Better Than You, Bay Bay. After defeating Cole at AEW Worlds End, MJF has set his sights on regaining what he believes is rightfully his—the AEW World Championship.

In a fiery promo following his victory on the January 1 episode of AEW Dynamite, MJF made it crystal clear that he’s coming for Jon Moxley, the current AEW World Champion. MJF hasn’t forgotten the betrayal that cost him the title a year ago at Worlds End 2023 when Cole revealed himself as The Devil and handed the belt to Samoa Joe. Now, MJF wants his redemption—and the gold.

“I don’t give a damn if Jon Moxley wants to burn AEW to the ground,” MJF declared. “He can call himself a King all he wants, but what’s a King to a God? In 2025, the Devil gets his due, Part 2.”

This marks a new chapter for MJF, who has been one of AEW’s most controversial figures. With his sights set on reclaiming the AEW World Title, fans are already speculating about how he’ll try to dethrone Moxley. After all, when the Devil makes a promise, he usually delivers.

What’s your take on MJF’s bold declaration? Do you think he has what it takes to defeat Jon Moxley and reclaim the AEW World Title? Share your thoughts in the comments below!
