Ricky Starks Reveals What He’s Been Up to During AEW Absence

Ricky Starks has been a key part of AEW since 2020, consistently delivering impressive performances. However, he has been absent from AEW television since late March and in the meantime, he revealed what he has been up to during his absence.

On the March 30 episode of AEW Collision, Ricky Starks seemed to have sustained an injury during the tag team title tournament match, where he and Big Bill squared off against Top Flight. That would turn out to be his last appearance on AEW television as he has been absent since then for some reason.

Fans clearly miss The Absolute One, as one particular fan took to Twitter and asked where he has been for so long. Starks simply noted that he is spending quality time with his partner.

Ricky Starks also made it clear that he is not injured in any way. Starks’ direction in AEW is unclear during his absence, especially as Big Bill has since partnered with Chris Jericho. We’ll have to see if Starks will end up feuding with Jericho upon his return, as that seems like the most obvious outcome.
