Since AEW’s 2019 debut, many original talents have left for various reasons. Leva Bates, released by AEW last year, recently reflected on her achievements since her departure as she marked the 1-year anniversary of her release.

Leva Bates also helped with Public Relations, ran the makeup and wardrobe departments, and even helped co-run the interactive ‘Heels’ club.’ Leva Bates confirmed last year that her AEW contract had expired and that is no longer associated with the company.

As previously reported, many people were actually sad over her departure. In addition to that, Leva Bates was not even informed about her contract expiring before her AEW departure either.

Leva Bates took to her Instagram on the 1-year anniversary of her AEW release, as she included her message from that day. Afterwards, Bates showed off all the accomplishments she had made in the year since, which includes being featured on Netflix, wrestling in another country and more.

”It’s been one year ago today since I left AEW. Really?!
Then I started to think, what all did I accomplish since leaving?……
and I gotta say I am pretty damn proud of me!

It’s hard to see what all you do when you are you & unable to step outside of yourself. Plus being so incredibly focused on goals will make a person think they must always be doing more. It is so terrifying to have to redirect & change the course of your life. But when life throws you those monkey wrenches, use those to build your dreams

But seeing this “it’s been a year” reminder, put things in a positive perspective for me.

I wanted to share some positivity with you all. Is there more I wanna do? Oh hell yeah I do! I got so many more things to accomplish!

With that being said, I’m available for bookings 😝

I think I’m leaving something off the list, but here’s what I’ve done within that year:

We will have to wait and see what Leva Bates has planned next for her career, as she has certainly impressed many with what she has been able to accomplish one year after her AEW release.
