CM Punk is recognized as one of the most influential and accomplished WWE superstars, known for his outspoken personality and significant contributions to the wrestling world. However, a recent error on WWE RAW this week caused a stir when an inaccurate accolade was attributed to him.

During the WWE Draft 2024, CM Punk was announced as the first pick in Round Two, but an error occurred when his graphic listed him as “Grand Slam Champion.” This accolade refers to a WWE superstar who has won four specific championships or all titles within a promotion. However, CM Punk has captured three different titles in WWE, earning him the status of a Triple Crown Champion, not a Grand Slam.

The USA Network took to Twitter and commented on a post which pointed out how WWE incorrectly presented Punk as a ‘Grand Slam Champion,’ as they noted that they are trying to will that accomplishment into existence.

”Just willing it into existence”

Nevertheless, CM Punk recently promised to make his in-ring return as soon as possible. After all, there might be a chance Punk could become a Grand Slam Champion in WWE, so nothing is truly impossible.
