The Rock has been on a generational run since his return to WWE earlier this year, as his heel persona is viewed as one of the best in his entire career. The Rock also touted a massive WrestleMania 40 milestone.

In January, The Rock joined the TKO Board of Directors, marking a nearly full-time return to WWE as part of the road to WrestleMania. While there were discussions about a potential singles match between The Rock and Roman Reigns, plans shifted to a tag team match featuring both. Ari Emanuel’s involvement played a key role in orchestrating The Rock’s return to WWE.

The Great One had a significant presence on WWE television since his return in January, and fans felt his involvement was a major factor in the successful buildup to WrestleMania 40, particularly his feud with Cody Rhodes. Although The Rock’s time with WWE came to an end following WrestleMania 40, his contributions were highly impactful and fans continue to appreciate the crucial role he played in WWE programming during his return.

The Rock took to Twitter and shared an article revealing that WrestleMania 40 was named Peacock’s Most Streamed Entertainment Event Ever.
