Jade Cargill has been on an impressive streak since her Women’s Royal Rumble match, securing another win at WrestleMania 40 Saturday and continuing her success on RAW this week. Interestingly enough, she and Bianca Belair are now eyeing tag team gold after SmakDown this week.

On the April 12 episode of WWE SmackDown, a tag team match took place featuring Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill against former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Chelsea Green and Piper Niven. Belair and Cargill teamed up effectively and managed to secure a victory over Green and Niven.

In a SmackDown Exclusive interview, Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill discussed their successful partnership in the ring after teaming up. Jade Cargill described their collaboration as natural and effortless, comparing their chemistry to a classic combination like peanut butter and jelly. She emphasized that they excel together in the ring and are ready to take on the next challenge.

”It’s just natural. It’s just easy, and you want to talk about a match that just had, let’s move to the next one. I know, I know, but it was just easy. I mean, peanut butter and jelly. We just go out there and kill it.”

Belair echoed Cargill’s sentiments, emphasizing their shared values of power, grace, strength, and beauty. She mentioned how their similar approaches naturally brought them together, and she expressed confidence that their partnership was just beginning.

When asked about the possibility of pursuing the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship together, both Belair and Cargill expressed interest in the idea but stopped short of making a definitive commitment. Belair highlighted her history with the current champions, Damage CTRL, and noted that she has never held the tag team title before.

Bianca Belair: ”Well, since you asked, because he did ask, right? That sounds like a good idea. Right now, Damage CTRL has those Tag Team Titles, and I got a lot of history with them. We already added Jade to the Big Three at WrestleMania, took them down. So they still got those titles. I’ve never been a tag team champion.”

Jade Cargill: ”I wanna win some gold.”

Both Belair and Cargill expressed enthusiasm about the potential for becoming future tag team champions. They hinted at the possibility of a successful title run in the future but left their plans open-ended for now.

Bianca Belair: ”’I’ve never had nobody at my side like Jade Cargill.

Jade Cargill: ”I’ve never had nobody like Miss B over here.

Bianca Belair: ”I’m liking it. Future tag team champs?

Jade Cargill: ”Future tag team champs.

We will have to wait and see whether Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair will end up winning the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships eventually, as that might be an interesting direction for the dynamic duo.
