Brock Lesnar’s absence from WWE television since his match with Cody Rhodes at the SummerSlam Premium Live Event has led to speculation about his future with the company. Fans questioned whether Lesnar would return to WWE, particularly given his connection to Vince McMahon’s lawsuit and the uncertainty it introduced. Despite the speculation, it has now been revealed that Lesnar will return to WWE eventually.

Initially, there were plans for Lesnar to participate in the Royal Rumble. However, these plans were derailed due to his legal entanglements related to Vince McMahon’s trafficking lawsuit.

In addition to his absence from WWE programming, Lesnar faced further setbacks in his relationship with the company. Notably, he was excluded from the latest WWE video game, WWE 2K24, and removed from WWE Creative’s plans for the foreseeable future.

According to Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, it was reported that Brock Lesnar’s situation is different from that of Vince McMahon and John Laurinaitis, who are unlikely to return to WWE. Lesnar, on the other hand, is expected to make a comeback at some point. However, Meltzer also noted that Lesnar’s return was not imminent and there were no immediate plans for it.

We’d been told a few weeks ago that it was one of those deals unlike McMahon and John Laurinaitis who are likely never coming back, in that at some point he’d be back. We were also told at that time it wasn’t going to be that soon and it was nothing in the immediate plans.

Triple H also confirmed Brock Lesnar’s status while he remains absent from WWE. We will have to wait and see when The Beast Incarnate will finally make his WWE television return.
