An update regarding Brock Lesnar’s status for today’s WWE Royal Rumble 2024 event has emerged in light of his alleged involvement in the Vince McMahon scandal.

On January 25, a lawsuit was filed against Vince McMahon, containing allegations of sexual trafficking, abuse, and more. Within the lawsuit, there were references to several unnamed parties, one of whom was identified as a “WWE Superstar” involved in the alleged situation.

While it’s crucial to clarify that Brock Lesnar was not explicitly named in the lawsuit, the Wall Street Journal reported that the individual referred to as the “WWE Superstar” was indeed Lesnar.

Brock Lesnar had been scheduled for a WWE TV return at the Royal Rumble and was likely planned for a WrestleMania match. However, recent developments suggest that his participation in these events may be in doubt.

According to reports from PWInsider Elite, Lesnar had not traveled to the Royal Rumble event as of the morning of January 27, and there was word circulating during SmackDown that he wouldn’t be at the Rumble. Some sources have even used the term “withdrawn” to describe Lesnar’s status regarding the Royal Rumble.

It’s believe that Lesnar’s planned Royal Rumble spot may be filled by an NXT talent.

As the situation unfolds, further updates will be provided to keep fans informed about any developments regarding Brock Lesnar and his potential involvement in WWE events.
