As anticipation for WrestleMania 40 continues to build, WWE is pulling out all the stops to ensure that this edition of the Show of Shows lives up to its esteemed legacy. Scheduled to take place at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on April 6th and 7th, excitement is reaching unprecedented levels. However, there may be some changes to the lineup of WWE stars participating in the event.

At WrestleMania 40, the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions Finn Balor & Damian Priest will put their titles on the line in a high-stakes six-pack ladder match against a formidable lineup of teams. Joining them in the match are DIY (Johnny Gargano & Tommaso Ciampa), Awesome Truth (The Miz & R-Truth), The New Day (Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods), Grayson Waller & Austin Theory, and Pete Dunne & Tyler Bate.

The last two spots in the ladder match were secured during Friday’s SmackDown. Waller & Theory emerged victorious against The Street Profits, while Dunne & Bate advanced by defeating Angel & Humberto in the tournament. It was then reported that Waller and Theory might be removed from the match entirely as WWE would hold meeting to discuss their status.

It seems there has been a change in the lineup for the tag team ladder match at WrestleMania 40. According to Dave Meltzer’s recent report, Pretty Deadly is now listed as part of the match lineup.

”The one thing from the lineup last week was that Pretty Deadly was listed in the tag team ladder match.”

Ringside News has also exclusively reported that the lineups for WrestleMania Saturday and Sunday have already been internally locked in. Therefore, we will have to wait and see whether the event will turn out to be a memorable one for both nights.
