It’s Tuesday night and you know what that means! WWE NXT will go down tonight, and Ringside News has got you covered with live play-by-play results coverage for the March 19, 2024 episode.

WWE NXT Results (3/19/2024):

The show opens up with Vic Joseph and WWE Hall of Famer Booker T welcoming us as Roxanne Perez makes her way down to the ring for the first match of the night.

Tatum Paxley then makes her way down to the ring next for the first match of the night.

Singles Match: Roxanne Perez vs. Tatum Paxley

The match starts off with Perez and Paxley brawling on the ramp before the bell even rings. Paxley and Perez then trade strikes. Paxley then hits a dropkick on Perez. Perez then trips Paxley into the ropes. Perez then hits Paxley with an ArmDT. Perez then works over Paxley’s arm. Paxley then tries to get back in the match and gets a near fall. Perez then sends Paxley into the turnbuckle shoulder first. Perez then hits her Pop Rocks finisher on Paxley. Perez then puts Paxley in the crossface and Paxley taps.

After the match, Perez grabs a mic and says it has been a week. Perez also says she’s not waiting any longer, then calls NXT General Manager Ava to the ring and demands that Ava put the NXT Women’s Championship on her. NXT Women’s Champion Lyra Valkyria’s music then hits and she makes her way down to the ring. Valkyria begins brawling with Perez and Paxley tries helping Valkyria out. Perez then sends Valkyria into Paxley and puts Valkyria in a crossface. Officials then run down to the ring to pull Perez off of Valkyria and Perez stands tall as she holds up Valkyria’s title.

We then head to the back, where Meta-Four were discussing Noam Dar’s upcoming match with Trick Williams. Meta-Four was then interrupted by Alpha Academy’s Akira Tozawa, Otis and Maxxine Dupri. Otis made a remark about Lash Legend, stating that he was “jelly of Trick Willy”, which made Meta-Four leave.

We then see a doctor tending to Lyra Valkyria as NXT General Manager Ava visited her. Valkyria asks Ava to make the match for NXT Stand & Deliver versus Roxanne Perez. Ava agrees as Valkyria walks off.

Josh Briggs makes his way down to the ring and grabs a mic. Briggs starts off by saying that NXT North American Champion Oba Femi is about to come out and talk about how he defeated Brooks Jensen last week. Briggs then says he is angry that Femi beat down Jensen with a smile on his face, then calls Femi down to the ring and challenges him to try and put him through the ring.

Oba Femi’s music then hits and he makes his way down to the ring. Femi says he relishes the idea of testing a man’s limits and pushing them to the edge, then says there is no place for emotion when he steps through the ropes. Femi also says all that matters is results and his results speak for themselves. Femi then gives Briggs props for being a man of courage. Briggs then says Femi walks around with confidence and thinks he is the baddest dude in NXT, but like everyone else, he ends up meeting someone just a little bit tougher. Briggs then introduces himself to Femi as the “man of mayhem”, then challenges Femi to a NXT North American Championship Match. Femi agrees, but tells Briggs not to say he didn’t warn him.

Dijak’s music then hits and he makes his way down to the ring. Dijak tells Femi that he promised he would be the man waiting for him and says Femi either forgot or has been ducking him. Briggs then tells Dijak that this is between him and Femi and Femi interrupts them. Femi then says it’s him and everyone else. Briggs, Dijak and Femi then begin brawling. Femi then clotheslines Briggs out of the ring before officials run down to break things up.

We then head to the back, where we see Shawn Spears watching a monitor. Spears says that pride always comes before a fall, then he just walks off. We then see Joe Gacy peaking from the background and laughing.

We then get a video recapping Trick Williams challenging Carmelo Hayes to a match at NXT Stand & Deliver. They then showed Carmelo Hayes arriving to the Performance Center accompanied by his security detail.

We then get the entrances of the next match, which is a WWE NXT Tag Team Championship Triple Threat Qualifier Match.

WWE NXT Tag Team Championship Triple Threat Qualifier Match: Axiom and Nathan Frazer vs. No Quarter Catch Crew (Myles Borne and Charlie Dempsey)

The match starts off with Charlie Dempsey and Axiom. Both men go back and forth and take turns putting each other in submission holds. Frazer then tags in and hits a kick on Dempsey. Axiom then comes in and hits a baseball dropkick on Dempsey, but Myles Borne tags in. Frazer then hits Borne with a single leg dropkick and clotheslines Borne out of the ring. Axiom then hits Dempsey’s chest with a kick before he and Frazer fly to land on both Dempsey and Borne on the outside. Axiom then hits Borne with a crossbody, but Borne catches him and tags in Dempsey.

Axiom then looks to fly from the second rope, but Dempsey catches him and hits him with a T-Bone suplex. Dempsey then exchanges chops with Axiom and Frazer and Borne tag in. Frazer then hits both Borne and Dempsey with a double dropkick and follows that up with a running Shooting Star Press to Dempsey. Frazer then climbs to the top rope and looks to fly, but Borne moves out of the way. Frazer then looks to fly from the apron, but Borne catches him and hits him with a powerslam, then follows that up with a spinning powerslam. Borne then goes for a pin, but Axiom sends Dempsey into Frazer and Borne to break the fall.

Axiom then tags in and hits a double enzuigiri to Borne with Frazer. Frazer then tags back in and Axiom hits a Spanish Fly on Borne off the top rope. Frazer then follows that up with a Phoenix Splash and gets the 1-2-3 as Axiom hits a dropkick on Dempsey to prevent him from breaking the fall.

We then get a recap of Mr. Stone taking on Lexis King last week on NXT. We then get a video from NXT Anonymous of Von Wagner and Mr. Stone arguing over Wagner carrying Stone out of the Performance Center last week and helping him.

We then see WWE NXT Tag Champions The Wolf Dogs (Baron Corbin and Bron Breakker) being interviewed about the ongoing NXT Tag Team Championship #1 Contenders tournament. Breakker starts off by joking that Corbin was mad about paying for dinner last night. Alpha Academy then shows up and says that they wanted to earn their place at Stand & Deliver. They then challenged Corbin and Breakker to a match next week, where if they win, they will be added to the NXT Tag Team Championship Match at Stand & Deliver. Breakker then accepts.

We then get the entrances of the next match, which is a Singles Match.

Singles Match: Sol Ruca vs. Brinley Reece

The match starts off with both women taking turns putting each other in submission holds before Ruca hits a facebuster on Reece. Reece then hits Ruca with a couple of clotheslines, then follows that up with a bodyslam and a handspring clothesline. Reece then gets Ruca up on her shoulders, but Ruca escapes. Ruca then pulls Reece off the second ropes, then hits her with a couple of shoulder tackles and a double underhook suplex. Reece then sends Ruca into the corner and charges at her. Ruca then ducks out of the way and Reece is sent into the ring post shoulder first. Ruca then hits Reece with her Sol Snatcher finisher for the 1-2-3.

After the match, Blair Davenport attacks Sol Ruca from behind and lays her out with a Kamigoye knee.

We then head to the back, where Gigi Dolin and Wren Sinclair were discussing Gigi’s match with Ariana Grace last week. Grace then shows up and brings out a sash that said “Miss NXT in Training”, and forces Gigi to wear it, much to her dismay.

We then get an Instagram video from Ridge Holland, where he is discussing his future.

The Family then makes their way down to the ring to address the NXT Universe.

“The Don Of NXT” Tony D’Angelo starts off by saying the biggest Stand & Deliver will be two weeks from now and he will get his shot at the NXT Championship. D’Angelo then says The Family is currently expanding and explains that he brought Luca Crusifino into The Family because of his law and sociology degrees. D’Angelo then says NXT Champion Ilja Dragunov knows that wisdom equals power and calls for the audience to give a round of applause to his new consigliere. Crusifino then pledges his allegiance to The Family before D’Angelo addresses Dragunov. D’Angelo then says he respects Dragunov’s mother for moving him from Russia and what Dragunov does for his own family, but he has shown that he is the man to break the unbreakable.

Dragunov then appears on the big screen and says D’Angelo left him on a bridge last week with nothing but his own thoughts. Dragunov then says D’Angelo can feel the NXT Championship in his grasp, but the title has more power beyond his reach. D’Angelo then says that Dragunov has it all wrong and tells him he has no idea what he can do. D’Angelo also says there is plenty of opportunity between now and Stand & Deliver, then informs Dragunov he has a match against Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo next week. D’Angelo then questions what shape Dragunov will be in when he gets there and promises that one wrong move on Dragunov’s behalf will make him wish he never messed with him.

Riley Osborne was then shown training for his Heritage Cup Championship match up next as Thea Hail shows up and apologizes for her behavior on their date last month. Hail then asks Osborne if they can still be friends and Osborne says that goes without saying. Osborne then leaves for his upcoming match and Andre Chase and Duke Hudson congratulate Hail on the conversation.

TikTok videos from Lola Vice and Karmen Petrovic were then shown displaying their karate skills.

We then get the entrances of the next match, which is a NXT Heritage Cup Championship Match.

Heritage Cup Championship Match: Drew Gulak (c) vs. Chase U’s Riley Osborne

The first round of the match begins and both men take turns putting each other in submission holds before they hit monkey flips on one another. Osborne then hits an arm drag on Gulak, but Gulak reverses it into an overhand chop. Osborne then climbs to the top rope and hits a moonsault on Gulak to score a fall.

The second round begins and Gulak rolls out of the ring. Gulak then sees Chase U on the outside and Osborne takes advantage. Osborne then jumps and lands on Gulak, then climbs to the second rope and lands a crossbody. Gulak then rolls through and pins Osborne, but Osborne kicks out and delivers a dropkick to Gulak. Osborne then flies, but Gulak rolls him up to score the second fall.

Gulak then has a submission hold on Osborne, but Osborne escapes and hits an enzuigiri on Gulak, then jumps off the ropes. Gulak then puts Osborne in a sleeper hold as round three ends. Jacy Jayne and Jazmyn Nyx then appear at ringside as round four begins and Osborne hits a hurricanrana on Gulak and goes for a pin. Gulak then reverses the fall, but Osborne kicks out. Osborne then delivers a chop to Gulak, but Gulak knocks him out with a clothesline. Gulak and Osborne then climb to the top rope as Thea Hail and Jacy Jayne begin brawling. Both women enter the ring and the referee gets distracted trying to break them up. This then leads to Nyx tripping Osborne as he goes for a superplex. Gulak then reverses it into a crossbody and gets the win.

We then head to the parking lot, where Brooks Jensen is seen leaving and Fallon Henley catches up to him. Henley asks Jensen where he is going and Jensen becomes unhinged. Jensen tells Henley that while she and Briggs are doing well, he doesn’t know what he wants. Kelani Jordan then shows up as Jensen storms off. Jordan says she wants to know where Kiana James and Izzi Dame are. Henley then calms her down and offers to help her out.

We then see Thea Hail and Duke Hudson enter the office of NXT General Manager Ava. Ava tells Hail that Nyx will be having her first match next week and Hail becomes excited. Ava then informs Hudson that he will have a match of his own next week and should he win, he will find himself part of the NXT North American Championship Match at Stand & Deliver and Hudson agrees.

We then get the entrances of the next match, which is a WWE NXT Tag Team Championship Triple Threat Qualifier Match.

WWE NXT Tag Team Championship Triple Threat Qualifier Match: The O.C. (Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson) vs. Hank & Tank (Hank Walker and Tank Ledger)

The match starts off with all four men brawling with one another. Ledger then clotheslines Gallows out of the ring and Walker sends Anderson out to join Gallows. Walker and Ledger then jumps off the ropes and lands on The Good Brothers and Ledger gets Anderson back inside the ring. Ledger then knocks Anderson down and tags Walker in. Walker then sends Anderson into the top turnbuckle face first and Ledger puts Anderson down. Ledger and Walker then puts Anderson in between them with a double running splash and Ledger follows that up with a boot to Anderson’s midsection. Ledger then follows that up with a suplex.

Luke Gallows then tags in and Walker delivers right hands on his midsection. Gallows then charges at Walker in the corner, but Walker catches him with a boot and climbs to the top rope. Gallows then knocks Walker to the outside with a right hand, then sends Walker’s face bouncing off the barricade and the ring apron. Gallows then gets Walker back in the ring and hits him with a boot, then delivers some right hands on him. Gallows then delivers right and left hands on Walker’s midsection.

Anderson then tags back in and hits several stomps on Walker. Gallows then tags back in and continues the beatdown on Walker. Anderson then tags in and puts Walker in a submission hold. Walker then hits a dropkick on Anderson before Gallows tags back in. Walker then hits Gallows with a headbutt. Anderson and Ledger then tag in and Ledger knocks Anderson down. Ledger then hits Anderson with a flying shoulder tackle off the second rope. Walker then hits a back suplex on Anderson with some assistance from Ledger and goes for a pin, but Gallows breaks the fall. Walker and Ledger then hits a double shoulder tackle on Anderson. Ledger then tags in and Gallows pulls Walker out of the ring. Anderson then hits a spinebuster on Ledger. Gallows then tags in and The Good Brothers hit their Magic Killer finisher on Ledger for the win.

We then head to the back, where Kelly Kincaid is interviewing Trick Williams. She asks Williams about his thoughts on the upcoming match with Noam Dar. Williams says that he was ready for Noam Dar’s challenge and that if Carmelo Hayes shows his face, he will whoop his ass again.

Izzi Dame and Kiana James were then shown talking with Jacy Jayne and Jazmyn Nyx before Fallon Henley and Kelani Jordan attacked Dame and James. The referees then separated all four women.

The lineup for next week’s episode of NXT is then announced.

We then get then entrances of the main event, which is a Singles Match.

Singles Match: Trick Williams vs. “Supernova 11” Noam Dar

The match starts off with Williams hitting Dar with a couple of bodyslams. Williams then puts Dar in a submission hold, but Dar escapes and looks to land a shoulder tackle. Williams stays on his feet and looks to land a kick. Dar then counters that into an Ankle Lock, but Williams escapes. Williams then hits Dar with a dropkick before delivering a couple of right hands and knocking him down. Williams then climbs to the second rope, but Dar hits Williams with a kick to his midsection. Dar then hits Williams with a couple more kicks on his chest and follows that up with a low dropkick. We then see Carmelo Hayes’ security guards knock on his dressing room door as Williams hits a pop-up uppercut on Dar. Dar then rolls out of the ring and Jakara Jackson checks on him.

Dar then puts Williams in a sleeper hold, but Williams escapes by sending Dar into the top turnbuckle. Dar then puts Williams in a triangle, but Williams counters it into a sit-out powerbomb before exchanging a few right hands with Dar. Williams then knocks Dar down with a flying clothesline and hits him with a spinebuster. Dar then counters it and pins Williams, but Williams kicks out. Dar then puts Williams in an Ankle Lock, but Williams makes it to the bottom rope to escape.

Dar then lands several stomps on Williams, but Williams hits him with a uranage and a back heel kick. Williams then follows that up with a flapjack, but Oro Mensah jumps on the apron. Williams then knocks Mensah down Jackson checks on him. Lash Legend then jumps on the other side and she flirts with Williams, but Williams stops her from doing so. Dar then takes advantage and hits Williams with a German suplex, then follows that up with a back elbow and goes for a pin. Williams then kicks out and Dar goes for the Nova Roller. Williams then counters that into the Trick Shot Jump Knee for the win.

After the match, Williams grabs a mic and tells Carmelo Hayes it’s personal. Williams also says they don’t have to wait until Stand & Deliver, then calls Hayes down to the ring. Hayes’ security team then makes their way down the ramp and surrounds Williams in the ring. Hayes’ music hits and a hooded figure then appears. One of the security guards then reveals himself to be Hayes and Hayes attacks Williams from behind. Hayes’ security joins in and holds Williams in place as Hayes berates him and delivers right hands. Hayes then hits Williams with a running knee and continues berating him. Hayes then stands tall as the show comes to a close.
