The era of the Bang Bang Scissor Gang has officially concluded.

During the latest AEW Dynamite episode on March 13, Jay White emerged victorious over Darby Allin in a gripping singles match. However, the drama didn’t end there. Following the match’s conclusion, White attempted to inflict further harm on Allin. Fortunately, Max Caster and Anthony Bowens of The Acclaimed, along with Billy Gunn, rushed to the ring to intervene.

Initially, White seemed to step back, allowing Caster and Bowens to assist Allin out of harm’s way. But suddenly, White shocked everyone by striking Billy Gunn on the head with a chair, sending shockwaves through the audience. Despite efforts from Caster and Bowens to intervene, they found themselves overwhelmed by Colten and Austin Gunn.

This unforeseen twist marks the end of the alliance between the Bang Bang Scissor Gang. Their collaboration began on the January 20 episode of Collision. Presently, The Acclaimed and Billy Gunn retain their titles as the reigning AEW World Trios Champions, while Jay White and The Gunns maintain their grip on the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team belts.
