Vince McMahon is presently embroiled in controversy stemming from a sexual trafficking lawsuit. Recently, John Cena made comments regarding Vince McMahon’s allegations, resulting in a backlash. In response, a former WWE personality has advised Cena to distance himself from McMahon.

Vince McMahon is facing allegations of sexual trafficking and misconduct from Janel Grant. In her lawsuit, Grant claims that McMahon distributed explicit content of her without consent, implicating other WWE personnel, undisclosed executives, and wrestling stars.

The Cenation Leader delivered an unexpected response, expressing ongoing respect for McMahon, citing their years of association within the Stamford-based promotion. His statement about still loving McMahon sparked strong reaction from many people.

While speaking on Smack Talk, former WWE manager Dutch Mantell talked about John Cena’s recent comments regarding Vince McMahon. Mantell stated that he believes Cena should have distanced himself from the whole situation if not McMahon in general.

“I think he [John Cena] would have been better off by just trying to distance himself from the situation,” Mantell said. “Maybe not distance himself from Vince, but here he’s saying, I don’t know what he’s saying, to tell you the truth, you can put any kind of damn explanation to it you want. What he’s trying to say is, ‘I wish this hadn’t have happened. This is not the Vince I love. Vince made me 30 million or 40 or 50 million dollars, so I appreciate him there.'”

John Cena, absent from WWE television since Crown Jewel last year, remains grateful for McMahon’s support. Therefore, his comments were somewhat expected. It remains to be seen what will become of Vince McMahon in the end.
