WWE NXT brought a special edition of the show this week, titled Roadblock. The show had a lot of things going for it, and this was reflected in this week’s viewership for the episode as well.

According to Sports Media Watch, the March 5th edition of NXT secured a viewership of 654,000 viewers, with 0.16 in the coveted 18-49 demographic. This number is an increase compared to last week’s show, which garnered 616,000 viewers with a 0.16 rating in the 18-49 demographic.

This week’s episode of NXT featured Trick Williams making his return to cost Carmelo Hayes his #1 contender’s match against Tony D’Angelo. It also saw Roxanne Perez finally becoming a heel for the first time after viciously attacking Lyra Valkyria.

The show truly set up a lot of future angles for the NXT Stand & Deliver Premium Live Event. We will have to wait and see how WWE will continue to book the show as we slowly approach NXT Stand & Deliver.
