Asuka and Kairi Sane are known as The Kabuki Warriors and they have been running roughshod over the WWE Women’s Tag Team division for the past few months. They are set for a huge match at NXT Roadblock and decided to send a defiant message ahead of the contest.
A couple of months ago, Asuka and Kairi Sane defeated Kayden Carter and Katana Chance to become the new WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions. They have been successfully defending the titles often since then.
The Kabuki Warriors are set to defend their titles against Lyra Valkyria and Tatum Paxley during this week’s special edition of NXT, titled Roadblock. Ahead of the bout, NXT’s Twitter account uploaded video of The Kabuki Warriors, as they told their opponents that they stand no chance against them.
”Lyra and Tatum. You guys have no chance, no one is ready for Kabuki Warriors.”
The match will be the first time in ages that The Kabuki Warriors will make their return to NXT. Nevertheless, we will have to wait and see whether Lyra Valkyria and Tatum Paxley will be able to pull off the upset victory.
