Spoiler on Another Top WWE RAW Star Set to Appear on 3/1 SmackDown Episode

The anticipation for this week’s episode of Friday Night Smackdown has been on an all-time high. With a stacked up card for the night in addition to the Rock’s return to the blue brand along with his cousin Roman Reigns, millions around the world have been waiting to witness the implications it might have for WrestleMania 40. 

Rumors suggest that Cody Rhodes might also be present in the Desert Diamond Arena for Smackdown. After the long video message from the Rock a few hours ago, a potential face-to-face interaction between both men would turn out to be pretty exciting. 

At Elimination Chamber 2024, Rhodes addressed The Rock’s slap and challenged him for a singles match before the Grandest Stage of them All. However, Seth Rollins added that Rhodes wasn’t alone when it came to facing the Bloodline. 

Though he hasn’t been advertised for the show, a new report from PWInsider suggests that Seth Rollins is also expected to make an appearance on this week’s Smackdown. Although he is already advertised for next week’s episode, an appearance this week could add a lot to the current storyline. 

The World Heavyweight Champion has been on Rhodes’ side since the WrestleMania 40 Kickoff Press Conference. Speculations suggest that Night One of the Showcase of Immortals might be headlined by tag team match featuring Rhodes and Rollins against The Rock and Reigns. With all four men set to appear in Glendale, Arizona this week, confirming things on Smackdown today itself won’t be a surprise.
