Sting & Darby Allin Capture the AEW Tag Team Titles on 2/7 AEW Dynamite

Ever since Darby Allin and Sting teamed up a couple of years ago. Since then, they have defeated everyone who has stepped in their way.

The only thing they haven’t done was win tag titles. With Sting’s career nearing its end, Darby and Sting challenged Ricky Starks and Big Bill to a tag title match which was confirmed for tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite.

Sting and Allin brought the fight to Big Bill and Ricky Starks. They worked well together to overcome everything Starks and Bill tried to do. In the end, the size of Bill was neutralized when he was taken out by Darby.

Stark came close to winning the match when he hit Sting with a spear but Sting kicked out. Then Sting hit his signature Scorpion Death Drop to win the Tag Titles. After the match, Sting invited his sons into the ring to share in the moment.

However, The Young Bucks attacked them from behind and brutalized them. Darby was busted open during the vicious assault but that didn’t stop them. They even attacked Sting’s sons and laid them out in the ring. The show closed with the fans booing the aftermath of the assault.

It looks like The Young Bucks will most probably challenge Sting and Darby Allin to a match at AEW Revolution which will prove to be their toughest test yet. Stay tuned to Ringside News as we bring you live coverage of AEW Revolution.
