Last week on SmackDown, a fatal four-way tag team match took place between LWO, Legado Del Fantasma, British Strong Style, and Pretty Deadly.

After a hard-fought contest, British Strong Style emerged victorious and would move on to the number one contender match for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship.

Following this match, Adam Pearce announced that there would be a similar match on RAW tonight featuring The New Day, DIY, The Creed Brothers, and Imperium where the winners will face British Strong Style on the 2/9 episode of SmackDown.

This match was the first match on the show. All four teams looked really good. Creed Brothers were especially good in this match as they went on a suplex spree during the match. The Creed Brothers came close to winning the match when they hit the Brutus Ball on Giovanni Vinci.

However, Tommaso Ciampa had tagged himself into the match. DIY took out the Creed Brothers and then hit the meet in the middle on Vinci to pick up the win.

With this win, DIY will now face British Strong Style on the 2/9 episode of SmackDown. The winner of that match will receive an Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship against Finn Balor and Damian Priest. Stay tuned to Ringside News as we bring you live coverage of WWE SmackDown.
