The Men’s Royal Rumble match had various surprises that kept fans at the edge of their seats throughout. This included Bron Breakker making his shocking appearance in the Royal Rumble match. Now, Shawn Michaels has cleared the air on Breakker’s main roster status.

Bron Breakker would then state that the main roster was his home, as many saw it as him confirming he was called up to the main roster for good. However, there’s still more work left for him in NXT.

While speaking to Tim & Eli on Battleground, Shawn Michaels addressed the question of whether Bron Breakker’s recent appearance on the main roster was an official call-up. Michaels stated that while Breakker may feel at home on the main roster, he still has work to do in NXT.

Michaels highlighted that their goal is to lose talent, but he expressed reluctance to let go of Breakker easily. Michaels sees more for Breakker in NXT, describing him as an incredibly talented and gifted young man with ample potential for further development within the brand.

”He may feel like that’s his home, but he still has work here in NXT to do, whether he likes it or not. Our job is to lose talent. He’s one that, I’m going to have trouble letting him go. I can assure you that there is more left for Bron Breakker here at NXT, one way or another. He’s an incredibly talented, very gifted young man. As far as I’m concerned, he’s young and, as we say, full of piss and vinegar. If he wants to double time, he can certainly do it, but I’m not letting him go that easy.”

Bron Breakker and Baron Corbin have formed a tag team to participate in the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic. They are slated to compete in the finals of the tournament at NXT Vengeance Day. Even then, WWE dropped a massive tease regarding his future on the main roster on RAW this week. We will have to wait and see what will become of Bron Breakker in the end.
