AEW star Rey Fenix is one of the most exciting wrestlers in the world, with nobody else in the United States showcasing the high-flying ability he has become famous for.

Sadly, nobody has been able to see him wrestle since he lost the AEW International Championship to Orange Cassidy in October, as injuries have sidelined the Mexican star.

In the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter despite accompanying his brother Penta El Zero M to the ring on the latest episode of AEW Dynamite, Fenix is not expected to return to the ring any time soon due to injuries.

“Even though Rey Fenix was on television with Penta last week, he’s pretty banged up and not expected back that soon.”

Fenix is a former AEW International, tag team and trios Championship, so is one of the most decorated stars in AEW. His return cannot come soon enough for many fans.
