Vince McMahon is in the spotlight after a former WWE employee accused him of sexual trafficking and misconduct. In light of this lawsuit, CM Punk’s lawyer Stephen P. New has urged AEW to create a union.

Vince McMahon is confronting severe allegations of sexual trafficking and misconduct from ex-WWE employee Janel Grant. The lawsuit asserts McMahon distributed explicit content of Grant without consent, implicating other WWE employees, unidentified executives, and stars. It also alleges McMahon directed her to participate in sexual activities with them.

Shockingly enough, he wasn’t alone in the lawsuit as Brock Lesnar was involved in Vince McMahon’s lawsuit. Details about John Laurinaitis’ involvement in the lawsuit were also disclosed recently.

In the wake of this shocking lawsuit, CM Punk’s lawyer Stephen P. New took to Twitter and commented on an older tweet of his, where he urged many companies to form a union. In this case, he specifically urged AEW to form a union and become an industry leader.

”In light of the bombshell lawsuit that dropped today against @wwe and McMahon and Johnny Ace. I’m gonna say it again a little louder for the ones in the back. @aew you have a chance to become an industry leader on this if you want to.”

A former WWE Superstar also urged a company-wide cleanup following Vince McMahon’s scandal. Vince McMahon’s spokesperson also released statement following the allegations. It remains to be seen how the lawsuit will progress in the coming months, as things clearly don’t look good for Vince McMahon.
