The WWE Royal Rumble 2024 is gearing up to be an exciting event with the potential for some surprise entrants. According to PWInsider Elite, three WWE legends are expected to be in Tampa for the event: The Undertaker, Michelle McCool, and Rey Mysterio.
Rey Mysterio has been sidelined with an injury since November 2023, but there’s speculation that he might make an appearance at the Royal Rumble, although it’s not confirmed.
The Undertaker is scheduled to host an edition of his “One DeadMan Show” on January 28, the day after the Royal Rumble. It remains to be seen if he’ll make an appearance in the Rumble match itself.
Michelle McCool, who has made appearances in the Women’s Royal Rumble in the past, recently tweeted about not being asked to join this year’s Royal Rumble, but plans could change.
In addition to these legends, other potential surprise entrants for the Royal Rumble include Naomi (Trinity Fatu) and Brock Lesnar.
The Royal Rumble event will feature both men’s and women’s Royal Rumble matches, as well as a four-way match for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship, with Roman Reigns defending against LA Knight, AJ Styles, and Randy Orton.
