JBL Makes Surprise Appearance On WWE NXT’s 1/16 Episode

WWE presented a substantial show for their January 16th episode, laying the groundwork for Vengeance Day in February.

Ringside News offered detailed play-by-play coverage for the January 16th episode of WWE NXT. This week’s episode also included a pretty big surprise in the form of a WWE Hall of Famer.

You never know who will show up on NXT any given week. This week’s episode included JBL in a surprise appearance that nobody saw coming.

Josh Briggs is still bummed about his faction breaking up. As he finds his way, JBL was there to offer some advice. This was quite a segment that they inserted right before the main event match.

In the backstage segment, JBL told Josh Briggs that he needs to find his true self. He compared it to himself, as he wanted to prove to the world that JBL is a great professional wrestler. Things could be different for Josh Briggs’ path.

We will have to see what is next for Josh Briggs. He could be prepared for a lot in NXT, but it will need the right opportunities to get him there. It also appears that Shawn Michaels and crew are going to give him a few chances to find his way.
