The Young Bucks are one of the best tag teams in the world, and they are back with a brand-new look and attitude. That return may see Nick and Matt Jackson face Sting and Darby Allin at AEW Revolution. The Jackson Brothers have received a lot of praise from all over the pro wrestling world, but some people forget how good they really are.

Matt Hardy provided insight into The Young Bucks being underrated. The Young Bucks, consisting of Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson, are commonly acknowledged as one of the premier tag teams in history.

The Young Bucks are not exempt from criticism. The Bucks are currently on the path to a significant match at AEW Revolution, where they will be squaring off against Sting and Darby Allin in what is anticipated to be Sting’s final match.

While speaking on The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy, Matt Hardy weighed in on the Bucks being in the position to face Sting in his last match. He said that the Young Bucks are so good, and that also upsets some people along the way.

“I say it here ad nauseam, and once again, to piss everyone off that are not on the Young Bucks train, the Bucks are truly amazing. They can get in the ring. They’re so good. They know what they’re doing. They can lead people that are a little older, their bodies are a little more broken down, they can lead them to great matches. They’re just so talented, they’re really, really good, and they’re truly underrated. Their actual work as a tag team is underrated.”

I know a lot of people give them a hard time because, ‘Oh, they’re spot monkeys and they do this and they do that, or they play politics because they’re EVPs.’ They’re both good dudes, and they’re both incredible professional wrestlers. If that does end up being Sting’s final match, Sting and Darby versus The Young Bucks, they’re gonna tear the house down. It’s gonna be great, guaranteed.”

Matt Hard is a tag team specialist, winning titles with multiple partners over the years. He knows tag team wrestling, so his words certainly carry a bit more weight.

The Young Bucks would bring an incredible match if they are chosen as Sting’s final opponent in AEW. Some fans may like to see Darby Allin vs Sting in a final match, a way to close out Sting’s time in pro wrestling as he passes a torch. The Young Bucks would also be an excellent choice.
